Once a week, my mum and I have tradition & mission to eat {and drink} out together. We pick a restaurant that we have never been to and order only off the appetizer, salad, and {of course} the wine list. Between the two of us we pick 3 appetizers and a salad to share; along with one, or two, glasses of wine. This has become "our thing", we both like to eat lots of different yummy foods and at the moment are both OBSESSED with goats' cheese. In a recent trip to Breckenridge, CO we tried such an out of this world Beef Wellington that I can't even remember what else we ate.
